Cabin in the Woods Community is the first project of its kind in the state of Maine, and the only program in Maine that will offer permanent housing for homeless male and female veterans, as well as their families. There are 16 one-bedroom and five two-bedroom 550-square-foot cabins, all less than 800 square feet.

The Richard Brown House, located in Loudon, NH, provides 32 apartments of high-quality, affordable housing for people 62 years old and up.

Westrum House, located in Topsham, Maine, provides 27 apartments of high-quality, affordable housing for people 62 years old and up.

The Rocky Coast House, located in Thomaston, Maine, provides 31 apartments of high-quality, affordable housing for people 62 years old and up.

The Paul Hazelton I & II Houses, located in Saco, Maine, provides a combined 66 apartments of high-quality, affordable housing for people 62 years old and up.

The Fay Garman House, located on Peaks Island, provides 11 apartments of high-quality, affordable housing for people 62 years old and up.

The Penobscot River House, located in Old Town, Maine, provides 80 subsidized apartments (73 one bedroom and 7 two bedroom). The property serves a resident population of elderly/disabled persons based on the HUD program Section 8 Substantial Rehabilitation Program.

The Edward J. Reynolds House, located in Belfast, Maine, provides 32 apartments of high-quality, affordable housing for people 62 years old and up.

Miller Square, located in Bangor, Maine, provides 54 apartments of high-quality, affordable housing for people 62 years old and up.
