Helping Those In Need

Planned Giving

Sadly, there are people in the Maine and New Hampshire who find themselves in desperate circumstances and have nowhere to turn for assistance. This is when Volunteers of America steps in and offers support to America’s most vulnerable groups: veterans, elderly, people with disabilities, at-risk youth, homeless, individuals returning from prison, and those recovering from addictions.

Helping those in need has been our top priority since our founding. We accomplish it through hundreds of human service programs, including housing and healthcare. By looking at the whole person and addressing both urgent and ongoing needs, our goal remains to encourage individuals to be as self-reliant as possible.

We can only achieve our purpose through the generosity of supporters like you. Did you know there are numerous ways to give to Volunteers of America? You may want to consider making a current gift, establishing a gift that provides income, or giving the remainder of your estate after first taking care of your loved ones.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact us and we will be glad to send you information about any of the estate and financial plans mentioned, without any obligation. We look forward to hearing from you and hope you will partner with us in serving those in need to rebuild their lives and reach their full potential.
