Most older Americans, if asked, will say that their biggest fear is that they will become a burden to their families.

    Friends find New Life in Senior Housing

    ‚ÄčTrudy and Rachel moved into Volunteers of America's Senior Housing in Portland within a few months of each other. Rachel and her little dachshund mix have an apartment upstairs and Trudy's is downstairs on the other side of the building.
