Our Words and Thoughts

for the week of October 5, 2015



As we seek to be centered in peace and balance, may we be aware that the words we share in anger and frustration may hurt those we love and care about.  We pray for emotional balance this week.  When anger begins to rise, give us the awareness to intentionally pause, offer a thought of gratitude and ask for your help that we might speak only words we would not regret.
