Vacation benefits:

1st year 10 days

2nd year 12 days

3rd - 5th years 15 days

6th - 9th years 18 days

You may accumulate up to 168 hours of vacation.

Sick leave:

Accumulates at 3.7 hours every two weeks.

You may accumulate up to 320 hours of sick leave.

All full time employees also receive 5 floating holidays per year.
