The Homeless Youth Transitional Living Program provides a safe, stable living environment to homeless youth ages 16-21 with community-based apartments, staff support, case management and independent living skills instruction. The program also provides a these young men and women with opportunities to re-connect with their communities through volunteer activities and civic engagement. |

YOU CAN HELP:
Anyone who comes into contact with a youth who is homeless or at risk of becoming homeless may make a referral. This includes law enforcement officials, school personnel, community members, and service professionals. Youth may self refer to the program.
