Because everyone deserves a safe and welcoming place to call home.

At Volunteers of America, we offer a safe and supportive environment for men and women who are transitioning into the community for a variety of reasons, including: mental health, substance abuse or who are just in need of support to live independently. For many of these individuals, it is a major step to greater independence.
Group Homes:
These residents live in a group setting with between four and six individuals. Each resident has their own room. In some cases, units are reserved for individuals whose mental illness precludes them from living in a group setting and to whom we provide one-on-one recovery-based model services. All of our group homes provide 24-hour on-site care, 365 days a year.
