Each year, thanks to the support of donors like you, Volunteers of America Northern New England touches the lives of more than 8 thousand people in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont. Your gift will be more than a hand-out or a quick fix. Instead, you will be supporting programs and providing basic human necessities such as shelter and food or life-renewing assistance such as rehabilitation and counseling.
Your gift will support programs and services that encourage positive development, foster independence and promote the type of self-sufficiency that can change someone's life. When you support the work of Volunteers of America Northern New England you make a difference in your state— and your community — one person at a time.
When giving to Volunteers of America Northern New England, you can designate where your donation goes!
- Where It's Needed Most. We will apply your gift where it will have the greatest impact.
- Annual Fund. Annual giving is a key source of expendable support that impacts virtually everything at Volunteers of America. It also lets us address opportunities or emergencies quickly when your help will make the most important difference in peoples’ lives. Your gift to our Annual Fund is critical to our success.
- Endowment Fund. We’ve been around since 1896 and will be around for as long as we’re needed. Your gift to our Endowment Fund will help secure the future financial health of Volunteers of America Northern New England for years to come.
- Angel Fund. The Angel Fund is an internal grant making fund for our programs. A committee of Angel Fund Donors will review grant requests from our individual programs and advise awards through this fund. The goal of Angel Fund grants is to provide our programs with the opportunity to do something innovative and life changing that may not be covered by other grants or donations.
- Capital Fund. Your gift to our Capital Fund will be applied it to our future building projects like affordable senior housing and homeless veterans housing.
- Special Program of your choice. Do you have a dream about changing lives or your community for the better? We will work with you to allow your gift to create/support a program that is special to you.
